Meet your Instructors:
Hi, my name is Tessa Hertel and I am your other instructor. I am originally from Parker, SD. I am majoring in Special Education at Dakota Wesleyan in Mitchell, SD. I have grown up with and have ridden horses my whole life. I was involved in horse 4-H and Parker Saddle Club all throughout my life. I originally was a camper at RBC and this camp is where I was learned all about Goat Tying. I did 4-H rodeo (Barrels, Poles, & Goat Tying) when I was in high school and I am now currently a 4-H leader of my own horse 4-H club. Being able to be here as a camper then come back and be the Goat Tying/Breakaway instructor for my 5th year in a row is an honor and blessing. Along with my experience with horses, I am also a Christian and love teaching others about the Lord.
